Destinee, the assistant who helped me with my future dental plans, was absolutely exceptional. She was very professional and personable, and was knowledgeable about explaining why and what my plan options were. She was patient to the utmost in explaining what the options were. She made sure to give me my records and was very courteous. My dentist, Dr. Thomas, was also great at explaining why she was doing what she was doing, very flexible, and has a great bedside manner. The numbing shots I received were not felt!
